This is how many trips you can host in your camping year. Joining someone else’s trip doesn’t use one of yours. Your Account page shows how many you have left and when your count renews.

The total number of campers on a trip includes you, your invited crew and any campers you manage. Your guests don’t need a paid plan to join.

Build one shared Packing list, decide who’s bringing each item and check things off as they’re packed. Your crew can see updates while they’re online.

Each camper has a Personal list for their own clothes and essentials. Personal lists stay private unless the camper chooses to share, and you can help pack for campers you manage.

Keep the menu, shopping list, activities and trip updates together. These tools are included on every plan, so your crew can help with the practical details.

Keep track of jobs before you leave, such as watering plants, checking the house and loading the cooler. The trip checklist is available on every plan.

Add a weather location to your trip to see available forecasts. Forecasts depend on location and how close the trip is; dates far ahead may not have a forecast yet.

Download packing lists as a PDF to print or keep handy. A downloaded copy is a snapshot, so check the app for later changes from your crew.

Download a daily view of your trip’s planned meals and activities. Unlimited adds weather when a forecast is available for your trip.

Use an earlier trip as a starting point and choose which parts to copy. The copy is a new trip with its own dates and progress, and counts as a hosted trip.

Save gear you keep together, such as a camp kitchen or hiking pack, and apply it to another trip. Plus allows one active kit; Unlimited allows unlimited kits. Saved originals remain readable and editable if your plan ends.

Review the gear on a trip before saving it into your private Gear Kit library. You choose which changes to keep; packing an item on this trip doesn’t pack it for the next one.

Keep a reusable set of departure reminders for another trip. Plus allows one active saved list; Unlimited allows unlimited lists. Your ordinary trip checklist is still included with Free.

With a free account, jot down private Next time notes, review them later and set aside or restore ideas. Each note keeps the context of the trip that inspired it.

Add a remembered item to a future Packing, Groceries or your own Personal list. You choose when and where it belongs; a note doesn’t automatically schedule an activity or send a reminder.

Sign in to find your trips on another phone, tablet or computer. Trips started before signing in are connected to that browser. Camplist needs an internet connection for live updates.
